File transfer and internet managment software for office network

For small office network of 10 system with windows xp . just sharing , a tool for monitoring file transfers and internet managment of compnay employees.

Forexample:
connetion of systems using a lan cable(cat 5 ) and a switch .

For the above issue we use Open ssh FTP.exe
